As Christmas is fast approaching, and some of us are deciding what to choose for our Christmas dinner, Ibizeneco have sourced some incredible organic Ibiza farm reared chickens from a wonderful local organic farmer, that would make a perfect alternative to Turkey! These chickens are considerably bigger (4-5kg!) than the ones you find in the supermarket and is a nice support to the farmers in Ibiza.
