We are currently looking for an event intern to join our team in sunny and exciting Ibiza this summer (2015)!
Deliciously Sorted is the foremost concierge and events company in the Balearics. With over 12 years of organising events in Ibiza and 5 years in Mallorca, the company has quickly become one of the most sought after wedding and party planner on the island.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern that would be interested in coming to Ibiza during a couple of months this summer to work with us on our events.
This internship will be focused on event management and client liaison.
Internship entails:
-Working in the Deliciously Sorted office Mon-Fri 10am-6pm (longer hours during high season, most weekends throughout the summer)
-Acting as event assistant to our event team (answering main office line, emails)
-Preparing and organising schedules for events
-Assisting in organising and planning events
-Assisting with running the events on the day
-Being responsible for the office line outside working hours
-Working on the weekends
-Understanding and efficiently using our CRM platform SalesForce
-Internet research and sourcing
-Running errands, scheduling meetings, transcribing notes and making phone calls

Requirements:
-Available from beginning of April until beginning of October
-Spanish speaking
-Excellent level of English
