We may not have snow, we may not have Oxford Street and we may not have chimneys (Piso 1a Santa!) But what our magical little island does have is exactly that.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Magic.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tons of it! In fact, we have a theory that if we were to sell Ibiza\u2019s Christmas magic in little pots, \u00e1 la Sal de Ibiza<\/em>, we would make quite the small fortune.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The truth of the matter is, December in Ibiza can\u2019t be replicated anywhere else in the world. With bustling markets on every corner, artisans we\u2019re convinced are little Balearic elves in disguise, and a bustling community of expats and locals alike ready to share their treasures, there really is nowhere better to pick up all those beautiful and unique gifts for your nearest and dearest.<\/p>\n

As is such, this week we are advent-calendar-opening giddy to share with you our favourite Christmas shopping hotspots!<\/p>\n

  1. The Magic Elly\u2019s Christmas Party at La Galeria Elefante<\/strong>
    \nSaturday 12th<\/sup> December from 5pm-10pm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Christmas shopping, socialising, mince pies and mulled wine. Need we say more? Expect gorgeous decorations, fabulous cards and twinkling lights, plus a very special tombola for the Elephant Charity! The very same charity our lovely Serena recently raised money for by rickshaw racing across India. We wouldn\u2019t miss this one for the world.<\/p>\n

    1. Las Dalias Christmas Market<\/strong>
      \nSaturdays 10am-6pm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      With over 50 Christmas stalls selling everything from cakes to clothes, this 30-year-old market is thee <\/em>place to find those hand crafted goodies you won’t find on the high street. There is also a children\u2019s area, live music and carols to get you tapping your feet, churros in hand!<\/p>\n

      1. International Christmas market Vara de Rey<\/strong>
        \nDaily<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        This is one for the foodies! The Christmas lights illuminating the centre of Ibiza town give a great excuse to stroll, nibble and sip on local produce. Don\u2019t miss the chance to indulge in sobresada sausage and a small glass of wine for 1 euro, whilst taking in the wonderful sights and huge sparkly tree. Ahhhh\u2026<\/p>\n

        1. Atzaro Christmas Market<\/strong>
          \n20th<\/sup>-23rd<\/sup> December from 11am to 6pm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Offering one of the prettiest settings on the island to pick up your hand made gifts. Enjoy gorgeous countryside and sea views at this stunning agroturismo, plus on the 23rd<\/sup> you can catch live music and a bite to eat too! The market will also be open one final time on the 27th<\/sup> of December. See you there!<\/p>\n

          1. Babylon Beach Christmas Fair<\/strong>
            \n12th<\/sup> December 1pm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            With a children\u2019s play area and Santa\u2019s grotto, the kids will be beside themselves, allowing you to have a laid-back browse of the beautiful array of stalls. You can also get the whole family booked in for Christmas lunch the following day \u2013 why not let us relieve some stress and make the reservation for you?<\/p>\n

            1. Sluiz Christmas Market<\/strong>
              \n19th<\/sup> and 20th<\/sup> December from 12pm-6pm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Christmas Sluiz style! Expect a cool mix of the traditional and modern, with accompanying live music from the Lemon Emigrants. Stalls will include Christmas inspired gifts along with food and arty treasures. It\u2019s looking to be a good\u2019en with the bar and restaurant staying open until 8pm.<\/p>\n
