Renowned chef, former DJ and Ibiza resident Sid Shanti’s newest project is one that we are waiting for with much anticipation. It starts this July at a secret countryside location and will present you with a unique dining experience…..

It will truly be one of a kind as the location and menu will change throughout the two months in which it is running. Based on Shanti’s previous projects, from his successful book ‘Glorious Ibiza Food (& Music!)’, to private catering for an elite crowd, we are expecting nothing less than a cutting edge, creative and of course delicious result.
Shanti is known for exploiting the rich local produce and agriculture of the island which can be found in all of his cooking combined with his own creative twist. Working with him on the project is also chef Sebastian Mazzola of the infamous 41° and El Bulli. We can’t wait to see what they come up with for their first menu and of course for the location to be revealed…!
