Ibiza boasts some of the best restaurants in the world with a fantastic range of global culinary experiences and traditional Ibicencan local restaurants and dishes. The summer months are full of foodie lovers eating their way along the islands many restaurants and superstars dining with the locals in traditional Ibicencan beach restaurants. During the quiet winter months many restaurants are taking a well-deserved break after the busy summer months and won’t open again until the warm rays of the spring sun reaches the island’s shores. The time is finally here and some of our favorite restaurants are opening their doors this week in Ibiza and we cannot wait to get ordering!
