It’s May in our favourite place and the island is truly transitioning into a splendid summer. This season there is so much to look forward to with so many new hotels, parties, boats and restaurants to enjoy… To make sure you don’t to miss out on any of the excitement, we have scouted out the best of these delicious novelties just for you – the island is your oyster! Read on to find out more about the best of the new.

Hotel: Seven Pines Resort

Seven Pines Resort will open its doors this May and will seemingly be the most perfect place to unwind  in a beautiful and tranquil setting. The resort stays true to its name in being located on the edge of a pine forest making the most of the luscious greenery the island has to offer while at the same time providing light salty breezes and stunning sunsets into the horizon – the best of both worlds! The all-suite resort has mini-villas instead of bedrooms, with private pools and gardens for the totally perfect holiday location. The resort will also have a range of fine restaurants to dine in, as well as a spa offering relaxing treatments such as yoga and meditation. Seven Pines’ motto, ‘you define your luxury experience, we will guide you through it’, sounds like our ideal experience and we eagerly await the opening, not least for the legendary views of Es Vedrá! Top 5 Openings:

As the season begins, inevitably a fantastic line up of splendid party openings are on their way – Ibiza style! On the 4th of May our old favourite Pacha opened again with The Heartbeat of the Island night, Hot Since 82 playing all night long, and a newly refurbished venue that’s causing great anticipation amongst the locals and visitors alike. June is booming with the opening of Hi Ibiza, new since last summer, with the iconic Black Coffee playing on the 28th, as well as the Solomun opening party on the 27th at Pacha. Last but not least is the Ushuaia Dystopia opening on the 1st of July and the one and only Afterlife opening at Hi Ibiza on the 28th – line up your dancing shoes!

Restaurant: Jul’s

We are in love with the newly opened Jul’s, situated in the gorgeous San José in the south of the Island. The restaurant is a modern Greek garden lounge, the cuisine being Greek with a twist, serving innovative dishes realised by the fine dining Greek chef and local people who have added their own style to mix in the Ibiza magic that is crucial to any success. It is a ‘culinary adventure’ and an experience that we wouldn’t miss, we love the friendly vibes with music, great food and, most important, fabulous cocktails and 100% organic wines! We would highly recommend these traditional dishes, organic spirits and relaxed entertainment for a very enjoyable night out.

Boat: SAGA

This beautiful boat is the perfect solution for a laid-back adventure, especially as the beaches begin to get busy, its such a luxury to be able to find your own private piece of white sand and azure waters. This boat has a thirty people capacity so no one will be left out, with a high quality sound-system to provide the soundtrack to your day along with the sounds of the ocean. To keep you entertained, it is equipped with various water toys as well as a bar and a catering service of Mediterranean roots, using fresh quality products which you can personalise to create your own bespoke menu!

Night Club: Pacha

Open since 1966 in Ibiza, Pacha has been one of the original venues for those who want to experience the party lifestyle of Ibiza. The sweet and chic cherry brand describes itself as the ‘island institution not to be missed’ and we can’t help but agree. We’re also thrilled and super excited to see the new refurb the club has undergone that is sure to serve us music and party lovers in the best possible way with bigger and better everything. Make your way down to Botafoch to hear the booming sound system and new decor this season for yourself. Just let us know if you want a table or anything else your heart desires! See you there…

Wishing you a wonderful week from Deliciously Sorted!
