Ibiza
The spot:  A full moon picnic opposite Es Vedra, the massive rock in the south west of the island which is said to be the 2nd most magnetic spot in all the world.
The area is covered with big morrocan rugs, piled with cushions and there are small folding tables with silver trays.
The picnic is lit with burning torches, church candles in storm breakers and tea light candles in glass holders. Listen out for the gentle strumming of
Spanish guitar and crashing waves from the sea below.

The Tucker
Tapas:
Mini tortillas
Pimientos de Padron roasted in sea salt.
Gambas al ajillo (Prawns in garlic.)
Pinxitos – skewers of marinaded chicken or lamb.
Seared sliced organic fillet of beef.
Local langoustines grilled with bay leaf and lemon zest
Escalivada – roasted peppers and aubergines
Crushed organic Ibizan ‘ red’ potato salad with green beans

If you’re still peckish chocolate truffles and macaroons appear served with fresh mint tea.

The Drink
Ibizkus – delicious organic palest rose from Ibiza
and Totem a delicous Rioja also from Ibiza.
White Sangria with mint and peaches
